Exposure Units and Screen Dryers

Tired of underexposed screens, well it might be time for an upgrade in your exposure unit. SPSI has put together a selection of screen dryers and exposure units to fit your budget and application need.

An exposure unit refers to a device used in screen printing (or other photo-based printing methods) to expose a screen or plate to light, usually UV light, in order to transfer a design or stencil onto it.

An exposure unit is used to harden the emulsion on a screen where it’s not covered by the design.

A screen dryer is used to dry the screens after they’ve been coated with emulsion or after cleaning.
