TESOMA DRYLIGHT

Drylight conveyor belt dryers are  well insulated and cool to touch on the outside. Their are designed to keep the heat on the inside of the chamber. This remarkable heat retention with minimal heat loss transfers directly into lower running costs, increased efficiency and reduced impact on the environment and our planet.

The Industry's Standard of Excellence
in Efficient & Reliable Textile Dryers

Proof of the consistent heat throughout the chamber:

Probes 1, 2 & 3 represent temperature measurements taken from the left, centre and right side of the belt. As you can see on the graph, all three readings remain very close to each other, indicating that the temperature across the belt is extremely consistent. This means your garments will cure at the temperature intended with brighter colors and reliable wash-fastness.

As represented in the graph below, in the second oven section (HL2) once the set temperature has been reached, that temperature is held for approximately one minute on all temperature probes. This is a perfect curve/reading for complex printing requirements such as water-based and discharge inks.
