This set includes four black AccuInk cartridges designed for installation in the Canon iX6820's Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black (CMYK) cartridge slots. Each cartridge contains 11 mL of Chromaline's dye-based black ink, allowing multiple printer channels to be utilized for producing dense black artwork on inkjet film.
AccuInk combines a dye/water-based formulation with UV-blocking technology to produce high image density while using an efficient amount of ink. The increased UV-blocking capability helps prevent exposure light from penetrating printed image areas on the film positive, supporting clean stencil development and easier image washout.
The dye-based formulation is engineered to produce a deep, dense black that is particularly well suited for screen printing film output. When paired with an appropriate RIP configuration, utilizing multiple black ink channels can help provide consistent ink coverage across film separations.
