The Stahls' Dual Air Fusion ProPlace Heat Press – 120V is one of the most advanced production heat presses available, combining two independent workstations with an integrated projection alignment system to dramatically increase productivity while reducing transfer placement errors.
Designed for demanding production environments, the heated upper platen automatically shuttles between two 16" × 20" lower platens. This allows one operator to load or unload a garment at one station while the opposite station completes a pressing cycle, creating a continuous and highly efficient production workflow.
The integrated ProPlace™ system projects artwork directly onto the lower platen, providing operators with a clear visual guide for fast and accurate transfer placement. This improves consistency between garments, reduces material waste, and minimizes the amount of training required for new production employees.
Powered by an external air compressor, the pneumatic operating system eliminates repetitive manual pressing while delivering smooth and consistent pressure during every application.
