SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Outside Contiguous USA: Shipping Fees will apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, some remote areas such as islands, and US territories. These regions and other countries are not eligible for the Free Shipping offer. All shipments outside the contiguous United States of America will have shipping charges either quoted by a customer service representative or sales representative. FREIGHT CHARGES
- SPSI pays the freight charges on all supply orders over $300. These orders will ship best way decided by SPSI.
- All supply orders under $300 will have a flat shipping rate of $19.95. Orders under $50 also have a $10.00 small order fee. These orders will ship best way decided by SPSI.
- If the customer requests an order to ship by a certain carrier, they may incur an additional charge. Customer Service will notify if that is the case.
- All backorders will ship best way no charge.
EXCEPTIONS TO SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders outside the contiguous United States of America are excluded
- Hazardous Fees are applicable to free freight orders
- All oversized packages will be charged a $15 fee
EQUIPMENT AND EQUIPMENT ACCESSORIES
- Equipment and equipment accessories are not supplies. They do not qualify for free shipping or the $19.95 flat rate, and shipping will be charged on these items.
DROP-SHIPPED ITEMS
- Some items ship direct from the manufacturer (drop ship). These are marked "Ships direct from the manufacturer" on the product page.
- If an item we normally stock is out of stock and you ask us to have it shipped direct from the manufacturer, it is treated as a drop-shipped item.
- Drop-shipped items may have a drop-ship fee. Free shipping and flat-rate offers do not cover this fee.
- If a drop-ship fee applies, Customer Service will contact you with the amount and send an invoice before we place the order with the manufacturer.
This policy only applies to shipments from any SPSI warehouse location.
