CCI D-FLO Green Discharge Ink - 1 Gallon
Fluorescent green water-based discharge ink engineered for exceptionally bright, crisp color and an extremely soft hand, featuring excellent flow characteristics, high-mesh printing capability, and a long activated pot life for professional textile screen printing.
Characteristics
CCI D-FLO Green Discharge Ink is a fluorescent water-based discharge ink formulated for producing vibrant green prints with an exceptionally soft hand on suitable dischargeable fabrics. During proper discharge printing, the ink works with the garment dye to create bright color while minimizing the heavy ink deposit associated with conventional surface-printing ink systems.
D-FLO Green is especially effective when a strong fluorescent appearance is desired. The fluorescent formulation produces bright, crisp green color under normal viewing conditions while providing an especially vivid appearance under black-light environments.
Engineered with excellent rheology and flow characteristics, D-FLO can be printed through relatively high mesh counts, allowing screen printers to reproduce fine image detail while maintaining a softer finished print. The formulation can also be incorporated with other compatible ink systems to create a variety of specialty and multi-effect designs.
D-FLO Green offers low odor, easy cleanup, excellent color and wash fastness, and resistance to normal dry cleaning and ironing. Its formulation is PVC- and phthalate-free and is designed to remain workable in the screen during production.
Once activated, D-FLO provides a pot life of up to 24 hours. Printers should activate only the amount of ink required for the current production job and always test the actual garment before production because discharge performance can vary depending on fabric construction and garment dye.

- Excellent rheology and flow characteristics
- Suitable for high mesh counts and fine image detail
- Low-odor formulation
- PVC and phthalate free
- CPSIA compliant
- Excellent color and wash fastness
- Resistant to normal dry cleaning and ironing
- Designed to resist drying in the screen during production
- Easy cleanup

- Activated pot life of up to 24 hours
- Designed for professional textile screen printing applications
- Activate only enough D-FLO Green ink for the current production job.
- Once activated, use the ink within its recommended pot life of up to 24 hours.
- Use a discharge-compatible, water-resistant photo emulsion.
- Recommended mesh range is approximately 125 to 355 threads per inch depending on the artwork, desired ink deposit, and production requirements.
- Higher mesh counts can be used to achieve finer image detail and a softer finished print.
- During extended production runs, lightly misting the screen with water can help prevent water-based ink from drying in the mesh.
- Keep the screen and ink workable throughout production and avoid allowing ink to dry in the image area.
- Always test the actual garment before beginning production because discharge results can vary depending on garment color, fabric, dye chemistry, and dye lot.
- Fully cure and evaluate a test print before approving final color, as discharge color develops during the curing process.
- Follow CCI's current technical data sheet for activation, printing, curing, cleanup, and production procedures.
